Nawong is studying to take his final examination in education. After he completes his masters tuition, we want to reward his commitment to the students at Matepani Gumba. Nawong is an exceptional teacher, known for his singing classes on "Good Fridays." He is presently earning half the salary of government-funded teachers.

The most recent addition to Matepani's teaching staff, Manoj is studying business at a local university in Pokhara. We were pleased to offer Manoj an annual employment contract and would like to give him a pay increase next year for a job well done.
